High-Level Innovative Talent Training for High-Speed Railway Systems

Abstract

The construction of High-Speed railway in China needs numerous innovative talents of high level. In this paper, a summary of the nowadays talent training system is firstly presented, including the curriculums, teaching materials, teaching mode and standards, etc. The requirements of innovative talents of high level in high-speed railway domain are then analyzed, based on which the talent training countermeasure are finally emphasized. training is the ultimate method for the development of China. It is essential to put the talent training on the priority and bring up a tremendous qualified talent system in order to enhance the overall talents' quality. The Twelve's Five Development Plan of Railway System has shaped the future of China's high-speed railways' development--- the Vertical & Four Horizontal Railway Lines of high-speed railways, referring to the four north-south lines of Beijing-Ha'erbin, Beijing - Shanghai, Beijing - Shenzhen and Shanghai - Shenzhen, and four east-west lines of Qingdao - Taiyuan, Xuzhou - Lanzhou, Shanghai - Chengdu and Shanghai - Kunming, respectively. With the construction and operation of China's high-speed railways, a sustainable, high-speed and intelligent railway system is under development, with the concept and techniques of high-speed, intelligent and environmental protection. Therefore, as the high technical methods used in the constructions of China's high-speed railways, the talent training in the involved domain is required to meet with the development goal of the high-speed railway system.
