Abstract
Results from the BEBC WA59 experiment are presented in which the isoscalar structure functions F 2( x, Q 2) and xF 3( x, Q 2) are measured to low Q 2 and W 2 using neutrino and antineutrino interactions on neon. Possible higher twist contributions to the determination of the QCD parameter Λ are investigated, with the result that a low Λ MS of around 100 MeV and a small negative higher twist effect are found to describe the data adequately.
