Abstract

AbstractThe anisotropic Raman spectra of HCl and DCl in liquid SF6 were calculated in a theoretical framework which introduces the concept of higher order interference effects to describe the non‐additivity of overlapping resonances. The contributions in the different branches are discussed comparatively and the theoretical profiles are compared with existing experimental data. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
