Abstract

Post-operative hypotension after TCAR is associated with higher ICU utilization, longer lengths of stay, and increased in-hospital mortality. Mechanisms underlying this complication have yet to be delineated. Our study aim was to identify key intraoperative factors contributing to post-operative hypotension in the setting of TCAR for asymptomatic carotid stenosis.
