Abstract
High-T C superconducting glass-ceramics in the system BiSrCaCuO have been investigated with additives PbO and TeO 2 in the nominal composition Bi 2−x−yPb xTe ySr 2Ca 2Cu 3O z. Three alternative methods for synthesis of precursors have been studied. The free melt quenching technique and tellurium as additive stimulate the formation of high-T C phase.
