Abstract
ABSTRACTA compact microstrip bandpass filter with reduced size and high selectivity is proposed. The inductive‐coupled quarter‐wavelength resonators are studied and used to produce transmission zeros. In addition, quarter‐wavelength stepped‐impedance resonators are adopted to reduce the size of the filter and also to raise the spurious frequency. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
