Abstract

Objective To analyze the high risk factors,the methods of prevention and treatment of invasive pulmonary fungal infections.Methods The clinical data of the 76 senile patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infections was retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were 72.4 years old on average.117 strains of fungi were isolated from the 76 senile patients.Candidiasis accounted for 94.8%.The hish risk factors of invasive pulmonary fungal infections included the severity of basic diseases,long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics,long-time hormone,mechanical ventilation and various traumatic intubations.Early diagnosis and early therapy were effective.Conclusion It is important to avoid and eliminate the high risk factors for invasive pulmonary fungal infections and to take various effective methods of prevention and treatment.That can reduce the clinical mortality obviously.
