Abstract
Supersynthesis radiometer (SSR) is proposed for the remote sensing of the earth. High azimuth resolution can be realised by the SSR system without a large aperture antenna of the radiometer. Spatial resolution and integration time are analysed and evaluated numerically for a low orbit satellite model.
