Abstract

The high-resolution Fourier transform spectrum of the 2ν4 absorption band of the AsH3 molecule is analyzed. About 900 transitions (about 55% of them "forbidden") are assigned to the two components of the 2ν4 band. A set of parameters, including rotational and centrifugal distortion constants and splitting and resonance parameters, is obtained which reproduces the initial experimental data within an rms deviation of 0.006 cm−1.
