Abstract
The dielectric properties of ceramic materials based on bismuth-strontium titanate are described, and the special features which characterize these materials discussed. Dielectric saturation measurements with high a.c. and d.c. fields are used to illustrate some of the difficulties which arise if the dielectric properties are described in terms of a rotating-dipole model.
