Abstract

High-performance crosslinked polymeric materials for 3D data storage are described. Their performance is based on photoisomerization of Dewar benzene derivatives, and they exhibit remarkable information storage properties including excellent photosensitivity, high data-storage capacity, good dimensional stability, and significant shelf- and archival-lifetimes.
