Abstract
A chlorobenzene solution of PCBM is used as anti-solvent to enhance the quality of perovskite film. This anti-solvent increases the compactness and smoothness of the film and facilitates the formation of CH3NH3PbI3-PCBM interlayer. Based on this perovskite film and interlayer, a large area (10 × 10 cm2) flexible device with the PCE of about 10% was obtained.
