High-performance flexible fully-printed all-carbon thin film transistors and ultrasensitive NH3 sensors

Abstract

We construct flexible fully-printed all-carbon thin film transistors, which show excellent electrical properties, mechanical flexibility and high sensitivity (346.73%) to NH3 with good selectivity, low limit of detection and low power consumption.
