High metal loaded Cu(i)N3 single-atom catalysts: superior methane conversion activity and selectivity under mild conditions

Abstract

With a high-metal loading of 17.7 wt%, a single-atom Cu(i)N3 catalyst was prepared using a Cu–benzimidazole complex, exhibiting high reactivity (6.1 mmol g−1 h−1) and ∼90% selectivity in methane partial oxidation.
