Abstract

Abstract High magnetic field effects were determined for a typical electrochemical reaction, the oxidation of hexacyanoferrate(II) to hexacyanoferrate(III) on interdigitated microarray electrodes. A characteristic dependence on the magnetic field direction was observed. Using a unique feature of the microarray electrode, an attempt was made to obtain a new method to analyze the components of the flux, and a hopeful way was shown to apply these microarray electrodes in a magnetic field.
