Abstract

This paper illustrates an educational technique that establishes a highly interactive classroom environment by involving students in the classroom instruction. Allowing students to become the teachers accomplishes the goals of improving leadership skills, honing communication skills, and aiding the learning process. The results of that study, along with a discussion of positive and negative aspects of high involvement learning, are discussed.
