Abstract
High harmonic generation in reflection and transmission from gallium arsenide is investigated using femtosecond infrared pulses. Harmonic spectra obtained in both geometries show drastic difference with each other, indicating significant contribution of nonlinear propagation. © 2019 The Author(s)
