Abstract
A substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) slot antenna array with low sidelobe level (SLL) and high gain is presented. The antenna consists of a 1x6 power divider and 6 8-element radiating slots in a single-layer SIW structure. Simulated S 11 is less than −10 dB over the frequency band of 24-24.5 GHz and simulated gain is about 21.07 dB at 24.25 GHz. The achieved SLL is −20.94 dB.
