Abstract
2019年末以来，新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）逐渐在全球大规模流行，其重症患者的基本临床特征表现为急性低氧性呼吸衰竭或ARDS，因此如何选择呼吸支持技术成为临床热点之一。无创正压通气（NPPV）和经鼻高流量湿化氧疗（HFNC）已先后在临床推广多年，在COVID-19疫情期间救治重症患者呼吸衰竭等方面发挥了重要作用。但是，基于患者病情、设备资源、医护团队和感控等因素不同，怎样优化技术选择、提高疗效、减少并发症风险尚存在不同意见。本文拟就COVID-19重症患者NPPV和HFNC合理应用分享经验。.
