Abstract

We have measured the diagonal magnetoconductivity of a dilute two-dimensional electron gas in the high-field limit (${\ensuremath{\omega}}_{c}$${\ensuremath{\tau}}_{0}$\ensuremath{\gg}1). We find good agreement with theory and comparable values for the zero-field and high-field scattering times, which is characteristic for short-range scattering potentials.
