Abstract
Abstract The effective action describing high energy processes in QCD with intermediate gluons in the multi-Regge kinematics isconstructed. Scattering amplitudes are expressed in terms of correlation functions for two-dimensional field theories acting in longitudinal and transverse subspaces.
