Abstract

The materials used in the solar panel plays the virtual role of the efficient solar system. The solar cell is used to convert the solar energy into electricity is mostly uses silicon-based cells. The recorded efficiency of the solar cells 23% which can be further increased based on the materials used in the solar system. The silicon cells have the drawback of high cost and low efficiency. Researchers discovering the solutions to improve the efficiency of the solar cells which is part of the successful project of the solar system. The perovskite solar cells will replace the silicon solar cell with high efficiency. current solar cells convert 18% of solar energy while the perovskite converts 28%. but the major disadvantage of using this perovskite cell is it is not stable and they contain water-soluble lead. In this paper the perovskite solar cell used solar panel is analysed.
