Abstract
Elastic fuzz buttons were used for electronic equipment microwave interface interconnection, fabricating process of fixed media materials for fuzz buttons, high precision fuzz buttons assembly and reliability of fuzz buttons interconnecting interface were discussed in the paper. TP-2 series high frequency microwave dielectric plate was chosen as fuzz buttons fixing media materials, fuzz buttons were fixed by opening broadside hole and sticking with glue, reliability of fuzz buttons interface was also studied using thermal cycling and random vibration tests. The results indicate that good dimension stability and electrical performance of the fuzz buttons interface was gotten by the test of accelerated life testing, high density elastic fuzz buttons microwave interface interconnection with high reliability was made, which can provide technical references to electronic equipment interconnection between microwave interface layers.
