Abstract

As the proportion of new energy into the power grid increases, improving the level of new energy consumption has become an urgent issue. Based on the operating characteristics of the HVDC tie-line, and the feasibility analysis of inter-regional delivery of new energy, this paper proposes a hierarchical optimization dispatching model of inter-regional HVDC power grid to promote new energy consumption. Combined with hierarchical dispatching strategy in China, the upper optimization model aims at the maximum consumption of new energy, and establishes an inter-regional HVDC power grid transmission plan model. Based on this, the lower optimization model takes the sending-end regional power grid as the research object, and establishes the power grid generation plan model with the goal of economic optimization. Taking an actual power grid as an example, it proves that the proposed model can effectively improve the level of new energy consumption.
