Abstract
Watermarking has been applied in the medical field that is used to enhance the safety of medical information. QR Code is used in this research to store medical image data and insert a watermark into the image using the Least Significant Bit - LSB method that can insert data into the bit sensitive area. Watermark insertion using the LSB method does not affect the image size and cannot be seen by the eye. This method insert a watermark that is distributed throughout the image. The experimental have rotated the image in 90 degrees in a clockwise direction, rotated 90 degrees in a counterclockwise direction and rotated in the opposite direction. The results of the experiment showed that the rotation of the image in the above direction did not affect the reading of the patient’s injury data from the QR Code.
