HICASS-P covers a broad range of piping from design to production line, enabling the designer to execute his work faster and more accurately. The system can be applied to any pipe line on, any type of ship.HICASS-P provides a lot of advantages as summarized below : (1) Easiness to Use(2) Broad Applicability(3) Unequalled Data Management Capability(4) Automatic Joint Positioning(5) Interactive Input System(6) Effective Drafting Capability for Piping Arrangement(7) Furnishing the Piece Drawings with comprehensive Information(8) Combination with Production Control SystemsThe present paper reports the system features, especially (3) (6) of the above.
