As of June 30 2003, Co. had assets of $17.92 billion and 263 locations in 34 Louisiana parishes, 17 Texas counties and two Mississippi counties. Co. conducts its business through its sole depository institution subsidiary, Hibernia National Bank. In addition, Co. also owns Hibernia Capital, which is licensed as a small business investment company and provides private equity investments to small businesses. Co. offers financial products and services, including retail, small business, commercial, international, mortgage and private banking; leasing; investment banking; corporate finance; treasury management; and insurance.
