Abstract

In the detection of tower bolt looseness by vibration wave, how to judge and identify whether tower bolt looseness occurs through vibration signal is one of the research focuses. Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) is applied to the processing and analysis of vibration signals in detection. Taking the real transmission tower as the experimental object, the experimental site is arranged, the experimental scheme is designed, and the vibration signal of the tower after excitation is collected by using the vibration detection device. HHT transformation is carried out on the vibration signals of the iron tower bolts under fastening and loosening conditions respectively. Through the analysis of experimental results, it can be seen that the method can realize the identification and judgment of the iron tower bolts loosening. Compared with the spectrum after Fourier transform, it is proved that the spectrum after HHT transform can more intuitively identify the bolt looseness state, and is more suitable for tower bolt looseness detection based on vibration wave, providing reference for further research.
