Abstract

In a document outlining its regulatory priorities for 2022, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is proposing three rules that would extend telehealth flexibilities for substance use disorder treatments. These deregulatory actions were granted during the COVID‐19 public health emergency, but HHS is now focusing on making these permanent.
