Abstract
Il s'agit des 15 villes fortifiees pour defendre le royaume de Juda et que le Chroniste place sous le regne de Rehoboam (II Chroniques 11: 5-10): Bethleem, Etam, Tekoa, Beth-Tsur, Soko, Adullam, Gath, Maresha, Ziph, Adoraim, Lakish, Azeka, Zora, Ayyalon et Hebron. Sur la base des donnees archeologiques (notamment des sceaux Lmlk) et bibliques, l'A. montre que ces fortifications ont ete faites par Ezechias, en prevision de la campagne assyrienne de 701.
