Abstract
Abstract The diagnosis of heterotopic pancreas (HP) is typically made by histopathology rather than a clinical examination which is frequently challenging. Gastric outlet obstruction (GOO) is one among its many manifestations. Although it is extremely uncommon, HP should always be considered a possibility when treating a with GOO. In this article, we discuss the management and treatment of HP in its many manifestations.
