Abstract

Procedures were proposed for the synthesis of the heteroligand copper(II) complexes with N-(2-hydroxyethyl)iminodiacetic acid (H2Heida) and 2-aminoethanol and ethylenediamine ligands. The optimal parameters of solutions for the isolation of ternary complexes were found. Heteroligand complexes Cu(Heida)En · 3H2O (I) and Cu(Heida)Mea (II) (En is ethylenediamine, and Mea is 2-aminoethanol) were examined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The thermal properties of complexes I and II and their thermodynamic stability in aqueous solutions were studied.
