Abstract

Heterogeneous electron transfer kinetic parameters obtained by a.c. polarography in the frequency multiplex mode are presented for a series of electrode reactions at the mercury-acetonitrile interface involving cobalt and nickel picomplexes comprised of cyclopentadienide and/or dicarbollide ligands. The Frumkin double-layer correction is applied to the apparent ks-values. Relationships between the kinetic parameters and molecular structure characteristics are discussed.
