Abstract

The geological-technological mapping of gold-sulfde ores from the Maiskoe deposit (northeast Russia) has revealed signifcant heterogeneities of important technological characteristics of mineral composition: total Au and Sb contents, amount of major Au-bearing minerals (pyrite and arseno-pyrite), and Au/As ratio. The proportion between Au content of ore and the presence of Au-bearing pyrite and arsenopyrite, which is refected in coefcient of Au content, is responsible for the quality of fotation concentrate.
