Abstract

A hesitant fuzzy set is a significant tool to model disagreements of the decision-makers over a subject. Also, the notion of the soft set is another useful instrument in the modelling of some problems. In this study, the concept of hesitant fuzzy parameterized hesitant fuzzy soft (HFPHFSs) sets and set-theoretical operations of them are defined. Fundamental definitions are supported with examples to make the concepts more understandable. Based on Hamacher, Euclidean, and Hausdorff distances, some distance measure methods are proposed for HFPHFS sets. Then, two decision-making algorithms based on the proposed distance measure methods are developed under the HFPHFS-environment. Finally, some applications of the proposed methods in decision-making are presented and they are compared to the existing methods in the literature.
