Abstract

Anti-herpes simplex virus(HSV) monobodies have strong HSV-neutralizing activities in vitro and they can prevent and treat HSV infection in vivo. It is promising to combine monobodies with antibiotic agents to treat HSV infection. In this artical, antigen epitopes of HSV and two therapeutic monoclonal antibodies are introduced.
