Abstract
O artigo analisa diversos tópicos do processo judicial a partir da perspectiva das importantes contribuições oferecidas pela filosofia hermenêutica. Analisa-se principalmente a construção das narrativas fáticas, a apresentação da prova e a descoberta da verdade realizada pelo juiz na sua decisão final a partir das provas.
