Abstract

Hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsy (HNPP) is a rare, autosomal dominant disorder that typically present with episodic, multifocal neuropathy and recurrent transient pressure palsies. However HNPP can be underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed due to its heterogeneity in clinical and electrophysiological presentation. We herein present a case of HNPP presenting with bilateral foot drop.
