Abstract

On June 26, 2015 the Supreme Court changed forever the context of same sex marriages. For the first time marriage equality for all Americans gay or straight has been achieved in the United States. From the context of marriage equality, the fight for equal rights is not over and America must prepare itself for the arguments to come including that of the rights of transgender Americans.
