Abstract
OpFlow Editorial Advisory Committee member Herb Waite is working for two years as a treatment plant specialist with Public Administration Service in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The former water treatment instructor at the Community College of Denver (Colorado) is concerned mainly with operator training during the project.
