Abstract
We present commissioning results of the High ElectRon Average Current for Lifetime ExperimentS (HERACLES) beamline at Cornell University. 10 mA average beam current at 200 keV was achieved with a Cs3Sb photocathode operated with an Argon laser at 488 nm. HERACLES is intended to be a test facility to improve the robustness of photocathodes developed for high average current beam operation in conjunction with the Cornell photocathode laboratory.
