Abstract

The paper presents modern theoretical and practical aspects of toxic liver damage in patients with acute leicosis during chemotherapy. Toxicity of chemotherapy should be considered with a view to the prevention and adequate treatment, as it adversely affect the quality of life patients both during treatment und at follow-up, makes it necessary to reduce the dose of cytotoxic drugs, increase the intervals between cycles and stop acute leucosis treatment, can by life-treatening, significantly increases the cost of treatment. Presented clinical and laboratory parameters of hepatocyte damage in patients with acute leicosis.
