Abstract

Hepatorenal syndrome is one of the causes of acute kidney injury (AKI) in liver disease. Usually, it is linked to liver cirrhosis but it can also be seen in other parenchymal liver diseases. Hepatorenal syndrome is not a very well known diagnosis in metastatic liver diseases. Here we present three patients with metastatic liver disease and AKI who were diagnosed with hepatorenal syndrome.
