Wu and Dong etal.1 report that hepatic soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) manipulation impacts amyloid-β (Aβ) deposits and cognitive impairment in mouse models for Alzheimer's disease (AD), suggesting that hepatic sEH activity is a promising therapeutic target to treat AD.
