Abstract
Hemostasis during myomectomy remains a significant challenge. The introduction of robotics has facilitated laparoscopic surgery on larger and more difficult located fibroids. Recently, improved hemostasis by reversible clamping of the uterine arteries during laparoscopic myomectomy has been reported. This video demonstrates the technique and hemostatic effect of reversible clamping of the uterine artery (RCUA) during robotic-assisted laparoscopic myomectomy.
