Abstract
Hemorragia perimesencefálica não-aneurismática é uma forma distinta de hemorragia subaracnóide descrita recentemente. Essa patologia apresenta-se com padrões tomográficos e topográficos bastante sugestivos, além de possuir um curso clínico favorável. É relatado um caso no qual os critérios diagnósticos são preenchidos, ressaltando-se por outro lado a benignidade da afecção, conforme revisão da literatura.
