Abstract

A previously healthy and fully vaccinated 3-year-old girl was brought to the emergency department with a 7-day history of daily fever (up to 40 °C, axillary), a rash on her face and extremities, peeling of the soles of her feet, and intermittent nonbloody, nonbilious emesis.
