Abstract
Objective To explore the occurrence of pattern of hemolytic immune anemia following allogeneic stem cell transplantation.Methods A series of clinical data as the onset time,etiology,treatment and prognosis in 2 patients with hemolytic anemia were analysized.Result Complication occurred in 2 out of 121 patinets(1.6%),1 cases died of it.The causes may be autoimmune hemolytic anemia(1/2),thrombotic thromboeytopenic purpura(1/2).Conclusion Hemolytic immue anemia following allogeneic stem cell transplantation is often fatal.Once it occurs,causes obove must be taken into account and treated in time.
