Abstract

AbstractThe ligninolytic fungus Phlebia radiata growing in a low‐nitrogen medium, with wheat bran as the sole carbon source, produces a wide spectrum of hemicellulolytic enzymes. During the growth of the fungal culture, some properties of these enzymes were investigated.
