Abstract

SYSTEMIC arteriovenous malformations have been recognized as a cause of congestive heart failure in infancy.1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 In the case reported below a newborn infant had congestive heart failure secondary to a hemangioendothelioma of the pelvis and left buttock.
